Cold Pressed Coconut Oil alone is a great way to increase one’s energy and speed up your metabolism (aka lose weight). Its also very effective in improving digestion and possesses anti-cancer properties. So it would only make sense to use some coconut oil in an energy drink that both gives you energy and helps digestion.
To make this, you will need some organic, plain yogurt. Use Whole Milk style (remember, fat ain’t bad, folks). Grab a banana. Get some eggs and cinnamon and well, yeah, cold pressed coconut oil. This is the base ingredients, of course adding in some acai berries, or some blueberries (whatever you like that’s a whole food is fine). I would probably just use a half a cup of the yogurt and then an egg (2 at most). The other ingredients are judgement calls for you. How much of any flavor do you like? You are the chef here!
Mix the ingredients. Blend it up. Enjoy. You could even add a little almond milk or grass fed milk if you wanted to add some extra depth. Hey, its easy, just be creative and be healthy!
