Things To Do While Oil Pulling

We always have excuses in life. Excuses for why we don’t go to the gym, or why we stopped for fast food instead of cooking healthy food for dinner. Life’s full of excuses. But this post is targeted at eliminating excuses for not Oil Pulling. Use these tips to help you find time to oil pull.

1) Walk the dog. This is one of my favorites. Sure, its kind of weird when the neighbor wants to say hello, but if that’s the worst of scenarios, then this my friends is a winning way to get in some oil pulling.

2) Oil Pull while you check your morning email. Most of us have to check some emails in the morning. You are reading, not talking, so why not improve your dental health while you read those emails?

3) Meditate. I mean, why not?

4) Watch the morning news. Want to find out the traffic or weather reports? Do so while oil pulling.

5) Oil Pull while you make breakfast or dinner. This is a common favorite of mine. While I am making dinner I put in some coconut oil and by the time my pull is over, dinner is just about ready.

6) Shower. Not my favorite, mostly because when I wash my face I tend to press my cheeks which isn’t good when you have a mouthful of coconut oil, but it seems to work great for a lot of people.

7) Do your hair. Girls, get to it. Or guys that have held off father time…

Hey, this list could go on and on, oil pulling is simple and easy and incredibly effective. Improve your dental hygiene, receding gums, sleep and skin with this simple, free (well other than the coconut oil) activity.
