Organic chicken breast in coconut oil, avocado spice and oil side.

I’m bad at titles, clearly, but this is a great way to start your day.

I took some organic boneless chicken thighs, sauteed in coconut oil. For the side, I took a half an avocado, I put tumeric, paprika, garlic on it, then I put some olive oil on, then beat it up with a spoon.

Tumeric is one of the most beneficial things on earth in fighting inflammation, which is a key component in cancer. Its also a great antioxidant. Paprika is extremely high in Vitamin C, they also contain capsaicin, which helps with arthritis and joint pain. The avocado has great fats and fiber, the olive oil and coconut oil are great fats. Oh, and there is garlic : )

All that nutrition and not much effort and the day is barely started! Cooking chicken in coconut oil is a great way to get some of the worlds most healthy fat!
