Trying to get more cold pressed coconut oil into your diet? There are lots of easy ways to use coconut oil to better your health, here is one way: A delicious egg sandwich. As you can see in the first image, the ingredients are simple and there are lots you could add to enhance it even more (we just do barebones stuff around here, people can choose to improve upon them depending on personal pallets).
You will need eggs (clearly), grass fed butter (that’s a local Pennsylvania brand above), coconut oil (we used Trader Joes) and we enjoy lemon pepper.
Next, put a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil in the pan and put it on low heat to melt it down. Then add the eggs.
We like to use a lot of coconut oil and really beat the eggs up, it turns out a really outstanding consistency.
Next, toast the bread using coconut oil.
Now, we like to add the butter to the eggs AFTER. The eggs are still hot, so the butter will melt in.
Add some lemon pepper, maybe some tomatoes and onions, or even pickles!
How easy was that? And you just got a load of power nutrition fats with coconut oil and grass fed butter!
