by juliane kania – Here’s an easy and simple meal idea / coconut oil recipe that is incredibly healthy, and effective for helping heal your gut and supply longterm health.

Boneless chicken thighs baked in some coconut oil. Easy way to get protein and your coconut oil healthy fat going. Remember, coconut oil, unlike all other oils, doesn’t become toxic under high heat, so you get all the same nutritional value.

I took raw baby carrots (around 7), one full celery stick, 5 raw and peeled garlic cloves (this is super strong, so if you don’t want intense garlic, lower the number of cloves), and several tbsp of olive oil (healthy fat alert!).

On the side, I have Bubbies Unpastuerized Sauerkraut. Lots of people think the only way to get probiotics is through dairy, this is very untrue, in fact, unpastuerized sauerkraut might well be the best way. This, along side coconut oil, really helps get your digestive track back on line and fight infections, so that you absorb nutrients and live with more comfort than ever before. And it taste great along side most meals. It must be unpastuerized, we use Bubbies brand, that seems to be widely available.
